Vaxelrod LLC is the R&D and Intelligence Division of UTG Companies Inc., a woman-owned, federally registered small business headquartered in Manassas, Virginia, and founded in 2025. We build AI infrastructure for federal and state mission assurance: systems that help government procurement teams, and the businesses that serve them, operate with artificial intelligence while maintaining full regulatory compliance and producing audit-grade records of every decision. Our systems are being built to detect fraud, waste, and abuse at the source, because taxpayer money should move only on verified, recorded, reproducible evidence.
Our flagship product, VIPS (the Vaxelrod Intellectual Proprietary System), is a compliance platform for federal and state procurement built on multi-model arbitration and formal mathematical verification. Determinations are computed, not generated. The model is not on the verdict path. VIPS verifies solicitations against the actual rules of each jurisdiction it supports today, federal FAR and DFARS, Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia, and expanding to a new state is a configuration exercise, not a rebuild. VIPS runs in production today. Pilot engagements are open now: sixty days, fixed fee, one workflow, defined deliverables at day one and day sixty.
The centerpiece of the VIPS v8.0 program is the FORGE Engine, a unified evidence engine that seals, classifies, and shreds every procurement document into citable evidence before a single determination is made. FORGE is running in production: determinations are signed, chained, and sealed so that each record can be independently verified. We are extending that independence across cloud providers, so that verifying a Vaxelrod determination never requires trusting a Vaxelrod system. We are building VIPS to become the standard for verifiable procurement across federal and state government.
